Our Business Model

Strategy

Our business model primarily revolves around working with you to establish your Digital Vision, Communicating that vision across the organization and Mobilizing all your resources towards achieving the vision and establishing a programme to execute!

Execution

We are not product centric (we do not retro-fit pre-disposed hardware and software in Solution Engineering). We navigate across the globe to ensure we get the Right Stuff. That is the Right Technology/Solution, with the Right People, at the Right Time for the Right Reasons!

Leadership

Culture eats Strategy for breakfast, lunch and dinner! People are at the heart and soul of any change. Leadership transformation is key to any transition. We transform Leaders to be representative of the new envisioned culture so that they may drive aspiration, inspiration and passion towards such a change. PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE...

Our Leadership Team

Our B-BBEE Status

B-BBEE LEVEL 1 CONTRIBUTOR: 135% PROCUREMENT RECOGNITION

B-BBEE is Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment which is a racially inclusive initiative by the government of South Africa to redress the inequalities brought during apartheid. This program seeks to offer Africans, that is Black, Asian, and Coloured citizens of South Africa, equal opportunities accorded to whites as affirmative action

Companies that procure products or services from a Level 1 supplier spend less but can claim more. When a customer chooses a supplier, their own BEE level is affected by the supplier’s level. And the better the supplier’s level (Level 1 is the best), the more the customer can claim towards their procurement spend. When a customer chooses a BEE level 6 company, only R0.60 of every R1.00 they spend will count towards their own BEE scorecard. However, as a Level 1 company, for every R1.00 our customers spend with us they can claim R1.35 against their own preferential procurement scoring
