Why
A strategy without execution becomes an unfulfilled dream. The execution plan is a representation of key milestones that keep us on the right path. It represents the building blocks that incrementally, upon completion, gets us there! Furthermore, this gives the organization and its constituents the energy towards achieving the vision, as short term Milestones creates focus and maintains energy.
What we do
We work with you to formulate the plan and mobilize all types of resources for immediate execution. Time is critical, technology is moving fast, and so are the opportunities and competitors. This is not the traditional process but rather an ongoing recursive process, where the nearest milestones are clear and as we progress through time the milestones blur somewhat. We focus the organization on the clear whilst ensuring we are clarifying the next.
Change Management
Why
We cannot repeat this enough. Culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. People are critical, they are the life-force of the vision, and must be treated as such. Leadership is there to ensure they represent the change, and clear away traditional obstacles like bureaucractic processes, policies and outdated technology design.
What we do
There is value in having a Change Management Team, but a fluid one. Every individual inside the organization must be a change agent, and every individual must be accountable to the next to represent the change. We work with you rather than for you to achieve this. We work with all levels of the organization to foster the right climate and in the beginning we work as training-wheels and gradually remove them until the momentum becomes unconciously autonomous (natural state)

Why
Once you know what is needed and why...It is critical to identify the RIGHT DIGITAL STRATEGY and mobilizing of the RIGHT PEOPLE to meet the requirements at the RIGHT COST within the RIGHT TIME. Processes, Legacy Technology and Architecture can all be inhibitors to this phase, and detract as well as derail the concept before it even hits the ground

Too often successful implementation is seen as the completion of the tasks leading to the productionalization of a set of processes, people and technology. WRONG.
